Had a great time with friends exploring nearby Charles Fort and enjoying the harbor views. The breakfast was excellent—don’t miss the homemade jam! The staff made us feel welcome and were super accommodating. Rooms were comfy and clean. The location was perfect for walking into town. Parking was easy too!
The only downside was the inconsistency of the wifi, which could be a bit annoying at times.

Long Quay House features elegant Georgian decor with lovely deep windowsills and beautiful heavy drapes, making it easy for seniors to navigate. The harbor views added a charming touch to the overall ambiance during my stay.
A quieter room away from street noise would help.

Comfortable Stay with Local Charm
We enjoyed a cozy night in a quaint spot with wonderful harbor views. The breakfast was delightful, particularly the homemade pastries. I appreciated the personalized tourist tips from the friendly owners, making us feel welcomed. Pro tip, Reserve early, as spots fill up quickly in summer!

Long Quay House really knows how to whip up an unforgettable breakfast, and the homemade jam was a real cherry on top! Plus, I was blown away by the warm-hearted family vibe from Rasa and Peter—talk about top-notch hosts! It's also the perfect jump-off for exploring those scrumptious local spots like FishyFishy, just a short stroll away.
Now, it felt a tad strict with all the rules plastered around, especially since we don’t smoke. Parking was a bit of a hunt, and being told that ‘this is not a hotel’ when looking for a loo was a bit cheeky—good thing our room was ready! Oh, and they could’ve upped their coffee game. didn’t come with enough instant in the room.

My recent stay was delightful with a beautiful room that had amazing views and scrumptious homemade jam at breakfast. I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge after a day of exploring and enjoying the lovely garden area as well. Just a heads up, there are stairs to climb, so it could be tough for anyone with mobility issues. 😊

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
The breakfast was a good surprise! Freshly made, and those homemade jams were to die for. The hosts, treated me to a drink on the house, totally unexpected and generous. They even helped me plan my outings, going above and beyond.
It was kinda pricey, but honestly worth it.
